You and we may hereinafter be, collectively, referred to as the “Parties” and each, individually, a “Party”.

5.2. We accept no responsibility for adverts contained within the Site. You agree that you do so at your own risk when you purchase any goods and/or services from any such third party. The advertiser, and not us, remains responsible for such goods and/or services, and if you have any questions or complaints about them, you should contact the advertiser

We do not permit any user content on our Site.

7. Indemnification

7.1. To the maximum extent permissible by law, you agree and warrant to indemnify and hold harmless us, our respective directors, officers, agents, and employees and our partners and/or Affiliates, from and against any and all claims made by third parties for damages, injuries to persons (including death), property damages, losses, suits, liabilities, costs and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection to your performance under these Terms and/or any additional agreement between the Parties in connection to the same.

9. Force Majeure

9.1. Neither Party shall be liable to the other Party, nor be deemed to have defaulted under or breached these Terms, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any obligation under the same (with the exception of any obligations to satisfy pending payments to the other Party) when and to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts beyond the impacted Party’s reasonable control including, but not limited to acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake or explosion, war, invasion, hostilities, terrorist threats or acts, riot or other civil unrest, government order or law, embargo, national emergency, protest, pandemic or epidemic, or other, similar event(s).

10. Assignment

10.1. We reserve the right to assign, transfer, or subcontract any rights and/or obligations provided to us under these Terms, without any prior notification to you. You shall not assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms. Furthermore, a person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no right to enforce any provision contained therein.

11. Severability

11.1. Should any term, section, or clause under these Terms be deemed by a court of competent authority and relevant jurisdiction to be void under applicable law (either partly or entirely), such term, section, or clause shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms to the extent and in a manner so as not to affect the remaining provisions herein, which shall remain in full force and effect.

12.1. No act or omission by us, at any time, shall constitute a waiver of any rights granted to us by these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

13.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jersey.

13.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant and competent courts of t Jersey.

14. Entire Agreement

14.1. Unless an additional, written agreement exists between you and us, these Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy constitute the entire agreement between us with regards to your use of the Site and services offered hereto.
